In a bid to improve access to the services offered by Service Canada through the Government of Northwest Territories’ (GNWT) Single Window Service Centers in the communities of Délı̨nę, Fort Resolution, and Behchokǫ̀, the Government of Canada have expanded their partnership with the GNWT.

This came after the success of a 12-month service delivery pilot which was implemented in January 2017. During the service delivery pilot, employees of GNWT provided in-person services for Service Canada in Fort Liard, Tuktoyaktuk, and Fort Providence communities. As a result of the expansion, a total of six communities will enjoy improved services.
